  • Build 8 physics-driven kinetic creatures
  • Every LEGO element you need is included: 62 in all
  • 10 sheets of papercraft give each bot its character
  • 64-page book explains axles, cams and cranks along the way

Notes from the people who made it

An automaton moves because a hidden axle pushes a cam that lifts a rod. The same idea runs the pistons in an engine. Here it makes a pterodactyl flap.

The papercraft shells go over the mechanism, so you see the machine first and the character second. That order matters.

My grandson loved this toy. He is very interested in Stem activities and found this fun and versatile. This was purchased to be played with during our travels.

This was a birthday gift for my 7 year old Grandson. He couldn’t wait to open it, and dove right in and made his first creature. He sent me a video of it and it was so cute!Definetly a great buy!
