Craft kits that work at a birthday party

Kits that divide well

A station, not a project
Face Painting is built for parties: the punch-out cards let each guest pick a design, and an older sibling can run the brush. Nail Art works the same way for a smaller group, and the paint peels off afterwards.
Timing
Sticker and pom-pom crafts are done in twenty to thirty minutes. Eraser clay needs baking, so shape first, bake during cake, and hand the erasers out at the door.
Setting the table
Cover it with paper. Give each guest a paper plate as a work tray. Open the book to one easy design and leave it in the middle; most kids will copy that one and then invent their own.
